The power of Smart Start of Transylvania County (SSTC) is the ability to deliver outcomes via local community collaboration. In partnership with families, organizations, and individuals, Smart Start influences the well-being of children. Smart Start envisions a community in which every young child in Transylvania County is thriving and families are maximizing their health and well-being. Lake Toxaway Charities grant funding supports Family, Friend & Neighbor (FFN) early care providers. This funding will provide quality educational materials and support to FFN’s as a critical piece of our early education system.
