The Lake Toxaway Community Club (LTCC) serves as the social, recreational, and civic hub for upper Transylvania County, providing a welcoming gathering place for residents from Quebec to Sapphire. The club’s facilities include a quarter-mile paved walking track, sports fields, a children’s playground, a covered picnic pavilion, and enclosed buildings for fitness and community programs — all available to residents of all ages. The walking track and park areas are used daily by community members, and the club estimates it will serve more than 3,000 people through events in 2026.
LTCC’s programming reflects the full range of community life — from Music & Jam sessions and Family Dinner nights to archery, bingo, and the Mountain School of Strings’ annual Charity Square Dance fundraiser. The facility also serves as a Transylvania County polling location and provides free space to the Transylvania Hunger Coalition, a county-wide quilting club, and youth organizations including Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and 4-H. Free public Wi-Fi is available throughout the buildings and parking areas.
Lake Toxaway Charities is proud to support the Lake Toxaway Community Club and its ongoing work to maintain a facility that brings neighbors together and strengthens the fabric of the upper Transylvania County community.
