Dear Lake Toxaway Estates Neighbor,

Lake Toxaway Charities was established 50 years ago by a group of residents committed to charitable giving and supporting the needs of our neighbors in Transylvania County. Thanks to our founders and your steadfast support, LTC has granted over $5,000,000 to local non-profits to date.

We are deeply grateful for your participation in this year’s “Evening in Paris” annual sports day and gala. The event was a tremendous success, raising over $1,000,000. Please mark your calendars for next year’s 50th Anniversary Gala on July 19, 2025. Additionally, the 2024 Angel Tree Giving Program, co-sponsored by The Greystone Inn, will provide food, clothing, and gifts to over 200 families this holiday season. Your generosity continues to humble and inspire us.

In addition to financial gifts, our success relies on our incredible volunteers, allowing us to contract minimal paid staff and services at very little expense.

We hope you enjoy this review, which highlights the impact of your contributions, including an update on Hurricane Helene Disaster Relief (see page 5). It also outlines opportunities for giving, including stock donations, estate planning, and contributions to the Lake Toxaway Charities Community Giving Fund.
