Located in Cashiers, the clinic is particularly accessible to residents of Rosman, Balsam Grove, Quebec, Lake Toxaway, and Sapphire — communities where geographic isolation, limited transportation, and acute provider shortages make quality dental care difficult to find. The clinic is open five days a week and serves patients living at or below 250% of the federal poverty level, with no fees of any kind.
