CarePartners Adult Day Services of Transylvania County offers an enjoyable place for aging and impaired adults to stay engaged during the day. We provide carefully planned activities and monitor our participants to address any new, changing or acute needs of our participants. We provide nutritious meals/snacks, personal care, a daily period of rest, support services for families, and limited, but often crucial, financial support for families who cannot afford our daily fees. A team of qualified, professional staff members offers award-winning service within our center, providing convenience for caregivers who are working or have other responsibilities. Funding from Lake Toxaway Charities provides a means of continuing our program to ensure our center thrives for those families and individuals who need our services.
