We had a WICKED good time!
Lake Toxaway Charities celebrated 50 years of supporting the needs of our neighbors in Transylvania County with the Wicked Sports Day and Dinner Dance Gala on Saturday, July 19, at Lake Toxaway Country Club. The day began with spirited Sports Day competitions at 7:30 AM and continued into an unforgettable evening of cocktails, dinner, dancing, and an open bar beginning at 6:00 PM.
Inspired by Wicked the musical, this year’s gala invited guests to embrace a dazzling green and pink theme. From bold green ensembles channeling Elphaba to sparkling pink looks worthy of Glinda, attendees arrived in creative, theatrical fashion, adding to the evening’s sense of fun and celebration.
More than just an evening of entertainment, the gala honored Lake Toxaway Charities’ enduring culture of care and concern for our neighbors in Transylvania County. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we continue to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who need it most.
